Working with me

I stand with you to awaken Your self-healing potential. No one but You holds this agency. You enable it with Your decision and engagement.

I inspire You to cultivate an inner life that is rooted in Your Essence and one that opens the Heart.

I witness You where, there’s not enough words and also where words are in excess.

I support You in:

– recognising Your own uniqueness, especially the aspects of You hidden in Your shadow,

– building trust to Your inner authority,

– gathering courage to claim Your space in the Sacred Web of Life and readiness to experience wholeness,

I will ask questions, which might unveil:

– aspects of Yourself you chose not to see and those that are ready to work with the rest of You,

– wounds from Your life experiences and/or those from Your family tree,

– patterns that impact Your life repeating already encountered situations, behaviours and illnesses,

I will witness You in Your: experience, feeling, sensuality, flow and integration.

I will share my experience and will support You in growing Your self-awareness, self-agency and self-responsibility for weaving Your life in a Soulful way.

And all of the above I will do holding Your space in ritual safety.

I get most inspiration from the space inbetween realms,

the natural seen and the unseen,

which I explore being strongly anchored in my body and supported by my Ancestors.

I believe that

only by recognising and acknowledging Life and unique Wisdom in the Other you open the space where they can feel genuinely seen. The way they are. And with Their people before them.

Only in that opened space they can possibly share Their gifts and may receive Yours. You then are gifted with the opportunity to experience Their sacredness.

To see the Other is to behold their worth and dignity. It is to undertake the obligation to see Them in wholeness, in the now and future. It is seeing Their power, experience but also Their pain, vulnerability and shadow.

My approach

I have studied a variety of sciences which applied have brought vast experiences building my fundament and paving my path. I was fortunate to meet many teachers and inspiring people who supported my growth. I am in constant learning of new tools and practices some of which expand resources for guiding Others.

The basis of my practice is being anchored and in relationship with my Spiritual and Ancestor Guides. I have a reverent, deep love for living Earth and all Beings She holds. As humans, we are privileged to walk along sentient Ones in these times and can receive Their gifts if we soulfully choose to remain regular sized. Respectful interacting with benevolent Spirits brings learning in reciprocity. I believe my approach ensures me being adequately resourced and rooted in the place where my Soul is connected with my Body.

My ongoing shadow work is a necessary prerequisite to be able to stand in my authenticity and approach supporting Others. I also believe that stepping onto a healing path as a guide obliges to continue self-work. It is the only way to transform the internal  ‘wounded wounder’ into a ‘wounded healer’. It is a truly fascinating path to be on. I have found with many supported folks that weaving-in spiritual practice into the mundane brings them a feeling of being held and nurtured by the Wisdom and Love of the Universe. It helps evolving towards being anchored in one’s uniqueness and in awareness of being connected into the Sacred Web of Life. Belonging to one’s Soul and one’s loving Ancestors brings self recognition, belonging and self acknowledgement of one’s whole being. It is a path of loving Thyself and leading a meaningful life.

Ritual safety

Whenever and wherever we meet it is always within a ritually safe space. I support women in perimenopause and menopause – the time in which nature has resourced womb bearers (regardless of currently having a womb or not) for the most powerful transformation which may become an initiation into a crone. It is the time when a woman’s energy changes its direction from going downwards to going upwards in order to enable claiming a place of Wisdom in the Sacred Web of Life.

Plant & Elemental Essences

I compose from natural essential oils, absolutes, extracts and tinctures in the belief that scent carries the Soul of Plants, Funghi and Elementals, that are ready to support us, humans, when we acknowledge Their Life and pay our respect by withdrawing from a careless, soulless and commodity-based way of approaching Them. With gratitude, I reach out for essential oils, absolutes, extracts and tinctures from sustainable sources. Some extract and tinctures I prepare myself.

“A crisis is the opportunity to formally choose, then to commence the adult work of living with your choice and ceasing to live by default. So if you're lucky and work hard you will be in a crisis.”

– Stephen Jenkinson

“Loving and grieving are joined at the hip, for all the beauty, soul, and travail they bring. Grief is a way of loving what has slipped from view. Love is a way of grieving that which has not yet done so. We would do well to say this aloud for many days, to help get it learned: Grief is a way of loving, love is a way of grieving. They need each other in order to be themselves.”

– Stephen Jenkinson, Die Wise

"Our familiarity with grief is a key element in our ability to step into transition with grace and presence. Working with grief keeps us present, ensuring that the sorrows of our lifetime have been touched and acknowledged and that they are no longer dragging us backward into our history"

– Francis Weller, The Wild Edge of Sorrow. Rituals of Renewal and the Sacred Work of Grief
