As a white, cisgendered woman, I stand regular sized beside you and other sentient beings on Mother Earth. I follow the path of de-conditioning myself from human supremacy, patriarchy, racism and colonialism. Acknowledging I carry these and my ongoing inner work in these contexts allows me to stand as much whole  as possible in the moment. Ongoing work in relation to my ancestral legacies, identities and unresolved traumas build my cultural maturity and skilfulness that add to the fundament of being raised in my formative years in West Africa.

As an animist, I acknowledge them in you and all sentient beings whether human or non-human seen or unseen. This means I stand before you and anyone whom I serve in adequate proportion and relation. When working with me you are encouraged to self-accountability and parallel individual work on your own.  I hold deep respect for the wisdom originating from one’s culture in their heart and their heartfelt community.

I acknowledge, respect and do not discriminate your ethnicity, religion, race, colour, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, physical ability, age, nationality, immigration status or socio-economic background. I respect the culture held in your heart and your community.

As I receive your trust and we embark on working together, I do acknowledge the role which I step into. Thus, I commit to sustaining an active and generative relationship with my ancestors of blood, personhood and spiritual lineages so as to be able to hold your space and provide guidance effectively and safely. Our work together opens to not only individual and family healing but also serves a wider web of sentient and supportive beings.

I acknowledge the limitations of my bodies and their current capacity in relation to the service I provide. I inform, openly and in a straight forward manner, if the guidance you seek does not match my range or competence. I hold healthy boundaries and vigil over personal projections mine or yours. I am immersed in ongoing and continuous education. From a stance of self-responsibility, I prioritise my personal well-being, commit to seeking out support for myself and receive feedback in a manner enabling effective service to others.

I actively seek and carefully receive your (or where relevant, your people’s consent) in the course of our work together. I sustain relationships with collectives of practitioners and ritualists that acknowledge a similar ethos. I am commited to practising shadow work enabling a path of self-healing. I adhere to the Ancestral Healing Practitioner Code of Ethics and the Psychopomp Collective Ethos. This permeates to the quality of support and guidance you receive.

My offerings and our work together may support your awareness with which you lead your life, your spiritual practice and the emotionality connected with them. My offering does not replace psychological or medical support provided by authorised professionals and suited to your needs.

I acknowledge and respect your privacy thus I commit to not disclosing any details of our work together. Moreover,  from a wider context of connectedness in which all we live, I commit to holding your space in a supportive, safe and sacred container.

I acknowledge my teachers with whom I study or had studied, whose teachings are part of or remain part of my practice. This is not to uplift my credibility but rather to support self-accountability for my practice and offerings. I also acknowledge people whose work inspire my life and the way I support others.
