Forest after rain
The Forest moist with rainwater drops resources all my senses. I trust the flow because I am grounded in my centre. I acknowledge and trust my inner power. I have clarity of mind. My exhaustion and anxiety dissolves away. I breathe deep.
CardaLove
I love cardamom enveloped in sweetness of caramel, flowers and coffee. My grounded centre carries me. I am well supported in tranquility. I sense the freedom of my thoughts. I cleanse off all external stimuli. I am regenerating myself.
Rose patchouli
I am a whole unconditionally loving mother of myself. I let go of control and trust the flow. I re-member the connectedness with my body. My “shame” imprint or/and “being not enough” projection dissolves away. I open to feeling joy and tranquility.
Cuba cafe
Sitting in a Cuban Cafe, I sense a breeze smelling of morning sunshine, passers-by hustle and savoury street. I am gently approached by the scent of old wood infused with cigar fumes. The background starts filling up with a freshly brewed coffee with a caramel notes.
Mace flower
My senses are soothed while my body released of tensions. I behold myself and receive self-love. I’ve matured my readiness to reach out to my depths to aid my healing path. I am supported in navigating my fear. I let go off my resistance and build my self-trust. My sense of shame dissolves.
Myrt absolue
I calm my mind, release my tensions and I am able to dream in deep sleep. My cleansed senses get rid of doubt, fear, melancholy. My mind and heart awaken to receive life’s abundance. I am high spirited and feel full of harmony and radiance.
Grapefruit & Sugar
My unexpressed anger, prejudice and grudge and being dilluted. I gather my Self-trust and Self-esteem. I let go of control to enable receiving change. I surrender to my intuition in a sense of safety with myself. I allow myself to be inspired and to feel life.
Growing roots
I have courage to stand in my truth. I gather my confidence and dissolve the feeling of being suppressed. I release behavioural patterns that don’t serve me well. I become soulful of myself. I am ready to behold my inner power now. I feel my connectedness with the Sacred Web of Life.
I am the beloved child of the Goddess
Yes, it is I! I am the beloved child of the Goddess. I immerse me in myself, dissolve any shame and suppression. I retrieve my essence and acknowledge what a truly wonderful Being I am. I surrender to the guidance of my intuition in a feeling of safety with myself. I trust myself.
By letting go I am
I accept that all I love dearly in this life I will eventually loose according with Life-Death-Rebirth cycle. That is why I now appreciate and nourish myself with every moment and relationship with all their gifts and lessons they convey. I dissolve the illusion of control. From this plane I have the courage to love and be loved.
Collecting all parts of myself
I am ready to meet those deeply hidden part of me. They did not receive my self-love. I hid these parts of me, to conform with my surrounding. I acknowledge I am whole only with them. I receive these parts with love. For so long, they were in the shadow and I know it also the place of my hidden gems.
Giving myself all I did not receive
I am dilluting the pain from my heart, mind and body related to everything I did not receive. I release the shame, blame and feeling lack of worth associated with it. I soothingly connect to myself. I surround myself with tenderness I need. I awaken my readiness to receive.
Subtle power
I find relief in my grief and I release all burdens in my body and mind. I rebuild my faith in the wisdom of flow and rebirth my trust in inner power and courage to live my life. I am starting to have a space for a new beginning, When I need, I go underground to be rebirthed again.
Home is where I am
I have mental and emotional clarity. I am sooted by the warmth of my home. I acknowledge that home is where I am. I feed myself with solely nourishing things. I trust and open myself to all feelings. The pain stops being intense when I dillute it with my essence. The radiance and harmony around me.
I don't know & it's ok
I am in transition. I agree to “I don’t know”. I am supported in dissolving stagnation and blockages. I find pieces of my emotions that are ready to be released. My exhaustion and anxiety dissolves away. I find my grounded centre and readiness to stand in my truth. I behold the trust towards myself. I do not fear my power.
Rooted man
I rebuild the connection with my Heart so that They re-member how to receive more love and acceptance. I introduce balance dissolving negatywne emotions and grief. I rebirth my soulfulness and grounding. I stand in my truth and self-respect. I am ready to stand in my wholeness now.

Plant & Elemental Essences that I am privileged to compose are borne from the relationship I have with given Plants and Elementals. that is based on reciprocity. It is a relationship that is full of acknowledgement, respect, gratitude, reaching out for only as much as I need and asking for permission. Essences are not natural perfumes in the widely understood way. They are not for meeting aesthetic needs. Plant & Elemental Essences are for you if you are ready to approach Them with a similar reverence opening yourself to Their guidance. They are not for you if your are looking for natural perfume as an accessory.
Why is a session required to compose a Plant & Elemental Essence for me?
When we meet at an online session during which each of us is in the comfort of Their own sanctuaries, you feel relaxed enough to dive deep into your depths. By holding your space in a safe and adequate manner I receive more insight into your history and current context. The Essence that gathers shortly afterwards is attuned to you in the most profound way.
How do I start with an Essence?
Plant & Elemental Essences are composed of natural essential oils, absolutes, resins, plant extracts and crystal extracts dissolved in 95% alcohol and contained in a 20ml bottle with an atomizer. They also hold Reiki. On first encounter with your Essence it is worth meditating with an intention of greetings, acknowledgements, introducing oneself and expressing your will to connect in reciprocity. It is also worth being in a curious silence to make space for Their reply and to tune into and discern whether the moment for a closer encounter is right for both sides. Please remember that when smelling an Essence, Their molecules enter our bodies so we are making a very close encounter. Developing a relationship with an Essence does not differ much from when we develop a relationship with a human we care for.
